Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Implementing care plans as directed by the supervising physical therapist, ensuring that therapy interventions are performed in a safe and competent manner.
• Guiding patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional training sessions, adapting techniques based on individual progress and feedback.
• Assessing patient needs through active observation and providing compassionate support to foster trust and improve care outcomes.
• Offering recommendations for modifications in treatment plans to optimize patient comfort, safety, and effectiveness of the interventions.
• Utilizing the latest evidence-based practices to restore function, reduce symptoms, and prevent injuries.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient documentation to reflect the delivery of therapy services and patient responses.
• Conducting data collection and performance measurement to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Participating in team meetings to review patient statuses and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding care strategies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
