All About Balance Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our orthopedic outpatient office located in the vibrant community of Campbell, California. Work Environment
The work environment is onsite in a state-of-the-art hospital facility equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and technology. Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in executing treatment plans, ensuring that each patient's therapy goals are met through structured exercise and mobility techniques.
- Perform patient assessments and help gauge progress to inform ongoing treatment decisions, enhancing the effectiveness of rehabilitation strategies.
- Support patients through guided therapeutic exercises, balance training, and mobility techniques, promoting independence and functional improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas, ensuring that all equipment is prepared and ready for use before sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT, and processing billing information.
- Engage with patients and their families, providing education on treatment processes, home exercises, and overall wellness guidance, to foster a holistic approach to recovery.

In the role of Physical Therapist Assistant, you will interact with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
- Completed an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
