Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Conduct patient assessments, documenting patient progress and modifications to treatment programs accurately using EMR systems, particularly WebPT.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and balance activities to improve their fitness and functional abilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy areas while preparing and managing therapeutic equipment needed for patient treatments.
• Support administrative functions, including scheduling patient appointments, handling paperwork, and providing essential patient education on therapy protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation following joint replacements to strengthening programs for sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to ensure accurate patient documentation and efficient workflow.

Compensation and Benefits
