Your weekday schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent routine while enabling occasional flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment programs and procedures.
• Perform routine therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulation, and exercise regimens, ensuring adherence to established plans.
• Carefully observe and document patient responses and progress, reporting any notable changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate records for each patient, including treatment sessions, progress notes, and compliance with prescribed therapy.
• Engage with patients in a supportive manner, ensuring comfort and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients dealing with orthopedic conditions or chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapy Assistant license, or the ability to apply for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
