Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches, providing encouragement and motivation to facilitate their recovery process.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and the significance of adherence to home exercise programs to maximize recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, while adhering to the guidelines set by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Accurately document patient progress, including monitoring range of motion, strength, and functional improvements, to ensure effective treatment adjustment and care continuity.
• Prepare treatment areas by organizing equipment and supplies, ensuring that all setups meet health and safety standards.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and optimize intervention strategies.
• Provide emotional support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, creating a nurturing and positive environment.
• Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and uphold ethical practices in all patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits
