Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in conducting patient evaluations and assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient’s unique medical history and current condition.
- Modify and implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, adjusting exercises and therapeutic activities based on individual patient needs and progress.
- Instruct and supervise patients in performing therapeutic exercises, maintaining a patient-centric focus that emphasizes motivation and encouragement.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities including heat, cold therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to provide relief from pain and promote healing in a safe and effective manner.
- Educate patients and their families on appropriate techniques for home exercises, fostering independence and confidence in their ability to contribute to their rehabilitation.
- Track and document patient progress diligently, ensuring accurate records to facilitate communication with the healthcare team and to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to create holistic care plans that address all aspects of a patient’s wellbeing.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
