Clinica Recovery LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to enhance our outpatient clinic in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, employing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and functional training while actively monitoring patient progress and documenting outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.
  • Engage with patients to educate them on prescribed exercises, home care programs, and preventative measures to support their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines while reporting any changes in patient conditions to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and patient care practices.
