Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of tailored treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to specific rehabilitation protocols.
• Provide direct hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients, while closely following treatment guidelines established by supervising physical therapists.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and activities designed to improve strength and mobility, enabling them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and outcomes during therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy when required to maximize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Surpass Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals of varying ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
