Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite within our hospital facility. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet dynamic day filled with meaningful interactions and therapeutic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing tailored treatment programs designed to meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, utilizing various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality application under guidance.
  • Conduct patient education sessions, guiding clients through rehabilitation exercises and activities that enhance their recovery.
  • Regularly monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions, ensuring accuracy in records and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Apply trigger point therapy techniques when necessary to alleviate patient discomfort and enhance recovery benefits.
  • Promote workplace wellness initiatives and support occupational health measures within the facility to improve overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications
