Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing tailored therapy interventions for patients, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses during therapy sessions and communicate any significant changes or concerns to the supervising PT.
• Utilize our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for precise and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments.
• Educate patients and provide encouragement as they engage in prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities to improve their functional abilities.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety, ensuring all tools are properly organized and available for use during therapy sessions.
• Engage actively in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create cohesive care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with senior patients who may be recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions that affect mobility and overall health. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred.

• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with at least two years working within an outpatient therapeutic environment or with geriatric populations.
