Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans designed to meet the specific rehabilitation goals of patients.

- Educate patients on body mechanics and home exercise regimens that facilitate continued progress in their recovery.
- Administer therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation and ultrasound treatment, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to enhance recovery efforts.
- Monitor and document patient progress in various metrics such as range of motion, strength, and overall functional capabilities.
- Ensure treatment areas are well-prepared, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to conduct therapy sessions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining effective communication with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits
