Position Overview

Strive Force Physical Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our esteemed team located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with supervising PTs regarding patient status, challenges, and progress towards rehabilitation goals.

  • Encourage and motivate patients, fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs, as well as those managing chronic conditions like arthritis or sports-related injuries. As a PTA, you will play a crucial role in rehabilitating these patients, employing therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to facilitate their recovery.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited PTA program.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
