This position is situated onsite within our state-of-the-art hospital facility. Here, you will collaborate closely with a team of experienced physical therapists and healthcare professionals. The work environment is dynamic, with a capacity to care for 1-2 patients per hour during scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting physical therapists in executing patient-specific treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care.
  • Delivering therapeutic exercises and modalities, including manual therapies, as directed by licensed physical therapists.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately, identifying any improvements or setbacks to inform subsequent therapy sessions.
  • Providing education to patients and their families about exercises, self-care techniques, and overall wellness strategies, fostering patient engagement and compliance.
  • Maintaining patient records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications
