Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to execute personalized treatment plans, focusing on enhancing patient mobility and physical capabilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy, and ultrasound, ensuring proper techniques to maximize recovery.
• Engage patients in a variety of therapeutic exercises and activities, adapting methods to cater to individual patient needs and progress.
• Document patient progress meticulously, noting improvements in strength, range of motion, and overall functionality.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics and home exercise regimens, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
• Maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization, while also preparing required equipment and supplies.
• Provide consistent emotional support and motivation, fostering a healing environment for patients during their rehabilitation journey.
• Adhere to ethical standards and practices within the physical therapy field, maintaining patient confidentiality and professional integrity.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
