Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist Assistant in our hospital setting, you will engage directly with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and motivate patients on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention strategies, and safe movement patterns to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of therapeutic equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition for effective use during treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, reinforcing the treatment plan and fostering understanding of their recovery process.
• Maintain organized and hygienic treatment areas in accordance with clinic policies, promoting a professional atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in California.

Compensation and Benefits
