Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the application of modalities including heat, cold, and electrical stimulation as directed.
  • Monitor patient progress diligently, documenting observations and adjusting therapy plans based on the medical protocols prescribed by supervising Physical Therapists.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding home exercises, care techniques, and strategies for preventing future injuries, fostering independence and confidence in their recovery.
  • Actively collaborate with a skilled team of physical therapy professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and share approaches that enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Uphold all safety standards by ensuring compliance with health regulations and hospital protocols.
  • Accurately maintain timely documentation related to patient care, progress, and treatment outcomes as per facility requirements.

In this role, you will primarily assist patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and conditions.
