Key Responsibilities

• Implement Physical Therapist-directed treatment plans, guiding patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises tailored to their specific needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, providing timely updates to supervising Physical Therapists to adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, effectively managing the use of equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Support administrative tasks, including patient scheduling and managing patient records efficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional movement, balance, and coordination to inform care plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to case discussions, sharing insights and recommendations for enhanced patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a PTA at Progressive Rehabilitation Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population primarily consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
