Key Responsibilities
- Assist supervising Physical Therapists in implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing strength, balance, endurance, and mobility in patients.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic services directly to patients, helping them with exercises and mobility techniques essential for their recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, tracking patient progress, and communicating changes in condition to the therapy team.
- Educate patients and their families about effective exercise techniques, home rehabilitation programs, and strategies for maintaining wellness.
- Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, including other physical therapy assistants, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated therapy delivery.
- Monitor and document patient responses to interventions, recommending adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure adherence to the latest clinical practices and standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Mend Force, you will primarily work with patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting movement and functionality. Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Possess an active PTA license in the state of New Jersey.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for commuting to the facility.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
