Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Assist patients in executing personalized rehabilitation exercises and hands-on therapy techniques designed to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment methods to meet rehabilitation goals effectively.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and hygienic therapy space, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and readily accessible.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and proper use of assistive devices to encourage compliance and engagement in their recovery process.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $55,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
