We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant at Bay Motion PT, based in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. In this full-time position, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to assess and implement treatment plans tailored to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating patients’ daily living skills and capabilities, determining their strengths and areas for improvement through observation and standardized assessment tools.
- Implement physical therapy treatment protocols that may include exercise instructions, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living to promote recovery and functionality.
- Monitor and observe patient progress during therapy sessions, communicating any changes in condition or response to treatment to supervising physical therapists.
- Engage in collaborative discussions with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, complementing your training as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
